SHIPPING
We ship internationally. If you can’t find your country in the check box just get in touch with us to find out the shipping price.
We offer combined shipping, for prices please contact us.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once we ship your order.
Mrs Herskin insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it.
Shipments are dispatched in 48 hours from the moment an order is accepted (except on bank holidays.)
Be aware that pre-orders, which are exclusively assigned and designed for you take some time to accomplish! This takes the maximum time of 4 weeks. Please check the description next to the desired item.
Delivery time depends on the final destination.
Deliveries to other EU countries approximately take 3-10 business days.
Deliveries outside of EU usually takes 4-10 business days but can take even longer (up to 20 business days) because of customs!
DECLINED ITEMS
In case our courier fails to deliver an order and it is returned to us because of an incorrect or non-existing address, we will charge you with the shipping costs and 20 USD which covers the packaging process. You can also ask us to redeliver the item for you, the extra costs of this will be charged on you.
RETURN POLICY
Even if all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers, life happens so you are welcome to return items to Mrs Herskin.
Except orders designed specially on your request (!!!BIGBAGBANG!!! and other exclusively assigned and designed bags). In these cases we are very accurate to communicate and give all the informations you need about your bag to not get any surprise: design progress, colors, decoration documented with photos and mailed for your confirmation at least two times during the work process. In cases you’re not satisfied with the quality or you notice any damage on your !!!BIGBAGBANG!!! we do refund. Please be aware that all special bags well documented before sending to you!
You have 14 days from the original purchase date to return a purchase. All products must be returned in brand new condition with tags and labels on it. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged products, those will be returned at customer’s expense.
Please before refund any products let us know by email. We’ll get your return processed within 48 hours of receiving it. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. We cannot refund any shipping costs.
Shipping costs for returning purchased items will be paid by the customer, except for goods damaged by transport or if the return is due to a mistake made by Mrs Herskin. In those cases, Mrs Herskin will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it.
We offer a complimentary repairs service up to a year from the date of purchase.

If you want to treat someone to a special gift give them a Mrs Herskin gift voucher to spend on any item in our online shop.
Gift voucher allow recipients to select their favorite items and use the prepaid amount on the voucher towards their purchase.

You can also order a Mrs Herskin virtual gift voucher which will arrive directly into your recipient’s inbox. In this way there will be no shipping charge. Perfect for last minute present.
